Hemery, the junior quarterback for the Green Bay West football team, along with Damion Henrichs and Trey Stevens-Broadnax, were representing the school in the High School Quarterback Challenge at halftime of the Packers-Minnesota game Sept. 15.

There aren’t a ton of bodies on the Green Bay West football field this summer, but the athletes who have shown up to take part in the Wildcats’ 2019 campaign are all working hard – and they’re doing it with smiles on their faces.

Zharia Wells is a senior at Green Bay West on the track and field team.She is nicknamed ‘Zahzie.’One day after achieving her undergraduate degree, Wells hopes to acquire a Masters degree in psychology.

The West De Pere High School track and field teams swept the Bay Conference championship meet May 13 at Schneider Stadium.

GREEN BAY—Despite a steady drizzle and temperatures hovering in the upper 30s, area athletes comprised of Green Bay East, Preble, Southwest, West, and Notre Dame Academy summoned up the courage to compete in the city track and field meet held April 29 at West High School.

BROWN COUNTY – Multiple athletes from Green Bay East, Green Bay West and West De Pere received recognition for their excelled participation in a sport during the winter season.Isaac Klarkowski was named the co-wrestler of the year for Green Bay United after winning four matches and finishing third at the WIAA Individual State Tournament.

SUAMICO—With spring less than 24 hours away, the Pirates track and field team brought their success indoors and captured the Bay Port Co-Ed meet held March 19 in the fieldhouse.Shot put, long jump, high jump, triple jump, and pole vault were all contested on the inside of the track while running events were held on the perimeter.
