The Village Board agreed Sept. 21 to make improvements at Four Seasons Park, said Hobart Village Administrator Aaron Kramer.

Hobart Village Administrator Aaron Kramer has been fined $500 plus costs and ordered to pay $700 in restitution for forgery.
