With Zach Kinziger helping his De Pere boys’ basketball team win a WIAA Division I state championship in March, it only makes sense the junior’s recruiting process is nearing the boiling point.

De Pere High School’s Will Hornseth just wrapped up his junior year of high school basketball in the 2023 season, also landing a commitment to play at the Division I level for the University of Northern Iowa (UNI).

It took almost a full year, but Claire Bjorge is back doing what she loves — playing basketball.

After an impressive season with the De Pere girls soccer team, eighteen-year-old Allison Wettstein has recently been named Defensive Player of the Year for the Fox River Classic Conference, in addition to earning First Team All Conference.

On June 5-6, the West De Pere boys golf team competed at State for Division I and performed well enough to take 3rd place, a new school best.

Despite his parents not playing tennis, Nicholas Balthazor – a De Pere High School senior – is one of the best players in the state.

The De Pere girls’ soccer team has asserted their dominance in the Fox River Classic Conference (FRCC) this season, further solidifying their first place position with their win on Tuesday night against Sheboygan South at home. 

After becoming the first 30-0 boys’ team in state history, the De Pere basketball squad took home plenty of post-season hardware.
