When and how did you start making art?
I decided I was going to be an artist when I was eight years old. Ever since then, I have tried a wide variety of media but none were quite as mesmerizing as the muddy world of ceramics.
What inspires your work?
My work centers around childhood memories and trauma.
How would you describe Green Bay/NE Wisconsin’s arts community?
Lively! There’s always something going on right around the corner.
What is the best advice you have for other artists?
Find the time to make. The best practice you can get is throwing yourself wholeheartedly into your craft.
