Career highlight: It would either be hitting a solo home run to tie the game in the sectional final or making a one handed diving touchdown in a football game.
At what age did you start playing your main sport?
Three to five years old.
Who introduced you to the sport?
My dad.
Has this always been your favorite sport?
No.
How has balancing academics and athletics been different for you from your freshman year to your senior year?
Freshman year was more of a grind academically than senior year.
What is your favorite part about this sport? What about it has caused you to stick with it for this long?
The bond of teammates and how playing the game makes me feel.
Is there a professional athlete you look up to? If so, who?
Ronald Acuna Jr. because of his work ethic and how he plays the sport.
What would you say is your biggest asset on the field?
My athletic ability along with my knowledge of the game(s).
What has been your most memorable experience in high school sports so far?
Making it to the State Tournament for baseball my senior year.
How does it feel as a senior, to look back throughout high school and see your growth (as a person and athlete)?
It feels great! Looking back to see how much I’ve grown in my sport and as a person is incredible.
Do you have any pre-match rituals/routines/superstitions?
Listen to music and pray.
Do you take any extra steps to prepare for a big match/game/meet, outside of regular practices?
No. I do everything the same — superstition!
Any memorable coaches or teammates you’d like to give a shout out to?
My dad for sure.
Any hobbies outside of sports?
Hanging out with friends and family.
Favorite song?
There are too many good songs to pick a favorite.

Gatorade or energy drinks.
What is a fun fact about yourself?
I only have seven fingers.
Future Plans?
Playing college baseball at Winona State University.
