Career highlight: My first varsity points against Oak Creek my sophomore year. 

What originally inspired you to pick up a basketball?

When Kobe dropped 60 in his last game.

How has balancing academics and athletics been different for you from your freshman year to your senior year?

Freshman year I was more focused on academics, now as a senior I focus a little more on sports.

Favorite subject in school and why?

Lunch so I can leave to get Chipotle.

Is there a favorite drill in practice that you enjoy doing?

Anything but running.

Which side of the ball do you enjoy more, offense or defense?

Defense.

Who is the G.O.A.T.?

Michael Jordan.

What is the hardest part about basketball?

Maintaining confidence when things go bad. 

Being a senior, describe some of the leadership roles that come into play?

Giving other people advice if they need something, telling people where to go, or certain reads on offense and just different ideas that could help us improve while also keeping a positive attitude.

What is your ultimate pregame routine?

Shotgun a RedBull and listen to Yeat.

Favorite collegiate or professional sports team?

Indiana Hoosiers.

What shoes are you rocking with this year?

Freak 5’s.

Do you enjoy weight training or conditioning more?

Weight training because if I liked conditioning I would be in cross country.

NBA Finals prediction?

Celtics vs Nuggets. Celtics in 6.

Any memorable coaches or teammates that you would like to give a shout out to?

I would like to thank all of the Preble Future coaches for teaching me the fundamentals and my high school coaches for making me a better player year after year. There are too many teammates that I have liked over the years so I can’t pick one.

What are your plans for the future?

I am undecided.

Any advice you would give to your younger self?

Off court confidence leads to on court confidence.
