GREEN BAY – Titletown’s Ariens Hill is now open for tubing.

Facilities crews have been working the past two weeks to prepare it for the winter tubing season.

On Dec. 5, Titletown Facilities Assistant Manager Winter Operations Erik Whitman and seasonal staff member, Dakota Tiller, were out on the slope troubleshooting any issues for a Dec. 11 opening.

“We had our opening weekend and we’re just tweaking things that weren’t working or fixing things,” Whitman stated.

“We have three snow guns. We blew snow for three days straight to open it up for the Kansas City game.”

Titletown tubes are provided with the purchase of a tubing ticket, which is available on the south side of Titletown adjacent to the side of the slope.

“Tube riders and skaters are reminded that everyone using the rink and hill must complete a waiver. Waivers may be completed ahead of time at titletown.com/waivers. Season passes for skating and tubing are now available in person only at Admissions and require a one-time waiver, which can be completed online in advance at titletown.com/waivers, and one-time payment for each pass-holder,” a release from the Packers stated.

Tubing hours are 4-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 4-10 p.m. on Fridays, 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Sundays.

Ariens Hill is located at 1025 Lombardi Ave. Green Bay.
