Dahms, Adler are Phil Hauck Scholarship recipients

DE PERE – Chelsea Dahms, Sturgeon Bay, and Teresa Adler, De Pere, were selected as the most recent recipients of the Phil Hauck Scholarship at St. Norbert College.

Dahms is the director of programs and operations at the Boys & Girls Club of Door County.

She is participating in the core program of the Center for Exceptional Leadership.

The Boys & Girls Club of Door County provides enrichment programs to youth throughout the entire Door County Peninsula.

Adler is the donor engagement manager for NeighborWorks Green Bay.

She is pursuing an MBA through the Schneider School. NeighborWorks creates opportunities for people to live in affordable homes, improve their lives and strengthen their communities through creating and investing in affordable housing and fostering stronger, more equitable communities throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

The scholarship covers half the cost of tuition for an individual pursuing an MBA through the St. Norbert College Schneider School of Business & Economics, or half the cost of the core program of the Center for Exceptional Leadership (CEL).

Phil Hauck continues to be a strong supporter of nonprofit agencies in the region, and the Phil Hauck Scholarship for Nonprofit Leaders was established at St. Norbert College in recognition of Hauck’s efforts.

As a longtime TEC/Vistage chair, Hauck has guided dozens of CEOs in northeast Wisconsin in their pursuit of personal and organizational improvement and growth.
