Who has been the biggest influence on your baseball career?
“My dad has been the biggest influence. He’s always pushing me to get better and supporting me throughout my journey.”
Is there a specific game that you played that you will never forget?
“Last year, in Lakeshore, in the middle of a playoff run, I came in with the bases loaded and one out with a one run lead and I got a double play ball to get out of it! That was really fun.”
How do you prepare mentally for a big game?
“I really like listening to music — specifically calming music so that I can relax and dial in.”
Any funny baseball memories you can think of?
“Last year with the Rockers Griffin hit a home run and then came in and broke the training bat by spiking it on the ground, thinking that it was our prop hammer.”
What is your favorite form of recovery (ice bath/roll out/etc)?
“I’m definitely a big ice person, but I also like rolling out.”
What do you like to do in your free time?
“Listening to music is a big one. Also playing video games with my brother. That’s always fun.”
Any pre-game rituals or superstitions?
“I always swipe my deodorant eight times on game day because that was my high school baseball number.”
What is your favorite movie?
“I’m a big believer in the High School Musical trilogy. I’d probably say the third one is my favorite.”
What is your favorite snack?
“Original Pringles.”
What is your favorite thing to do/place to go in Green Bay?
“Lambeau is really cool. My family also went to the Bay Beach Amusement Park and the wildlife reserve and that was really fun.”
