Bill was named WHCA Player of the Year, WHCA First Team All State and FRCC First Team All Conference. This season he had 28 games played, 22 goals, 34 assists and 56 points overall.
How did you get your start in hockey?
My parents put me in a pair of skates at 20 months old. My older sister was a figure skater and I wanted to be just like her.
What has been your favorite memory from your senior season?
My favorite memory from my senior year was winning state with my band of brothers and great coaching staff.
Do you plan to continue playing hockey in the future?
Yes, I plan to continue hockey at the next level in my future and am excited for what awaits me.
What is the most important relationship you have made through your sport?
The most important relationship I have every created in the sport of hockey was with my head coach Cory McCracken
Have you had a coach that has been a great inspiration to you? What is the best advice they have given you?
Cory McCracken has been my biggest inspiration to me. Cory has given me endless amount of advice from being a leader, to a brother, to being dedicated and committed throughout my journey of high school hockey and beyond.
What is the most challenging aspect of your sport?
The most challenging aspect of hockey is keeping things under control when the lights are the brightest.
What is the biggest obstacle you have had to overcome as an athlete?
The biggest obstacle I have ever had to overcome was recovering from a broken wrist twice.
Hockey can be a very mentally challenging sport. What is one way you work to overcome this?
The leaders within the team instill trust into their teammates.
What is your favorite way to celebrate after a win?
Singing the team song.
What is your favorite way to spend your free time in Green Bay?
Spending time at the rink and with family.

Chipotle

What are your plans for next year (college/career)?
I currently have signed a tender with Fairbanks Alaska in the NAHL and signed a LOI with Spruce Grove Saints in the the AJHL.
