‘Invest in the Common Good’ SNC talks to be held March 24

DE PERE – St. Norbert College will host SNC talks, a storytelling initiative that features talks given by SNC students, staff, faculty and alumni, on Friday, March 24.

The TED talk-style presentations “highlight the unique passions, talents and endeavors of the speakers, providing a space and time for hearing others’ stories and embracing our shared humanity,” a St. Norbert College release stated.

The theme for this year’s event is “Invest in the Common Good,” one of the pillars of respect at St. Norbert College.

This event will have both virtual and in-person options, starting at 6 p.m.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. in the Walter Theatre in the Abbot Pennings Hall of Fine Arts.

Scheduled speakers

Taylor Collard, class of ’24, student at St. Norbert College, presents “How Positive Deviance Kept Me Positively Alive.” For more information about Taylor, visit snc.edu/go/collard.
