The Exchange

Abby Heinritz is the general manager at The Exchange Coffee, Mercantile and Eatery.

Originally from the New London area, Heinritz came to De Pere to attend St. Norbert College and was a teacher in the area for about seven years after she graduated.

Heinritz joined the team at The Exchange back in 2017 – before it had even opened.

Her best advice for others in the service industry, Heinritz said, is “that kindness goes a really long way. Even though this industry can be difficult at times, kindness always wins. Even just a smile can go a long way.”
