Two arrested following shooting

GREEN BAY – Green Bay Police have taken two suspects into custody following a Dec. 3 shooting which left one person injured.

The incident occurred in the early afternoon hours at a resident on the 2600 block of Humboldt Road.

“Upon arrival, it was discovered that one person had been shot and was taken to the hospital for treatment,” a department release stated,

“Police were able to quickly identify two suspects who fled the scene prior to officer arrival. A short time later, they were located with the assistance of (UW-Green Bay) Police and taken into custody.”

Police remained on scene for several hours speaking with witnesses and collecting evidence.

No other details are being released at this time.

“We are currently not looking for any other suspects and believe the shooting was an isolated incident,” the release added.
