New shower for veteran

Wisconsin veteran Kevin Laluzerne, pictured on right, was surprised just before Veterans Day when he was gifted with a walk-in shower in his home through the “Baths for the Brave” program.

Laluzerne is a Green Bay native who served in the U.S. Army and now lives alone with his 15-year-old daughter, who is partially deaf.

His wife passed away earlier this year.

He is also recovering from his second stroke, leading him to seek a replacement of his tub for a more accessible, safer shower option. The shower was installed on Nov. 10, through Tundraland.
