ASHWAUBENON – U.S. Venture Center, the seven-story office tower on the west end of Titletown, is now home base for another area business – bringing the building’s occupancy to 80%.

During a press conference Tuesday, July 12, Titletown Office Partners – the real estate development partnership led by the Green Bay Packers and Commercial Horizons – announced Aon, a professional services firm, will occupy space on the third floor for its 50 Green Bay employees.

Rob Fleming, a Wisconsin market leader at Aon, said the location overlooking Lambeau Field is ideal.

“It will provide an inspiring environment for our colleagues and a great venue to welcome clients,” Fleming said. “It also provides optimal space for training and development to maintain a resilient workforce and attract top talent to our firm.”

Green Bay Packers President and CEO Mark Murphy was on hand to welcome the new tenants Tuesday, saying he’s excited to have Aon as a part of the extended Packer family.

“We are really excited and pleased to be able to welcome Aon here today,” Murphy said. “Titletown is an ideal place as we often say – it’s a perfect place to live, work and play, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming and bringing Aon and their clients to enhance Titletown.”

Jeff Weyers of Commercial Horizons, the property developer, said the Venture Center continues to be a desirable location for some of the best institutions in our region.

“With Aon, we are now at 80% occupancy and are looking for additional tenants,” Weyers said.
