Tell me about your family.
“My parents both grew up outside of Green Bay, but they’ve been here my whole life. I have an older sister, Carissa, who just graduated from college and lives in Milwaukee. She went to Marquette University.”
Did you do other sports at Ashwaubenon?
“In middle school I played basketball, but nothing more at Ashwaubenon.”
Is there a sport you wish you’d done?
“To continue with basketball or play volleyball. I was playing club soccer, too, so it was hard to play other sports.”
What was it like having Rick Kremer as your soccer coach?
“It was great. He was a friendly coach and always gave helpful tips. He’s understanding, was reasonable and I enjoyed having him as my coach.”
If the spring season hadn’t been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, what type of year would you have had?
“I was hoping to have my best year so far. I trained all winter and was excited about the season. I opened myself up and was going to be more of a leader to help the team get more wins and be more connected.”
When did it first cross your mind you might not have a season?
“When school was canceled, I said to myself, ‘There’s no way we’re having a season.’ I was holding out hope, but deep down, I knew.”
What’s your most memorable sports moment?
“In a game against Green Bay Southwest last season, I scored two good goals – it was the highlight of my season. Everyone was happy for me, but we lost the game in the final minute.”
An embarrassing one?
“My freshman year, I had the ball and was looking to pass to a teammate. I tripped on the ground and face-planted on top of the ball. I got up and completed the pass, but it wasn’t my proudest moment.”
What’s something about you most people don’t know?
“Usually it’s silly things, but I don’t like doughnuts. I can also juggle three objects at one time.”
What three words describe you?
“Kind, passionate, creative.”
Complete this sentence: On Sunday mornings, I can be found …
“Going to church with my parents.”
Carpet or hardwood?
“Carpet – it’s more comfortable.”
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
“I don’t think I’ll be in Green Bay. I hope to have a stable job as an interior designer and maybe living in Milwaukee by my sister or on the East Coast.”
