ASHWAUBENON – A development agreement related to infrastructure improvements for Phase II of the Titletown District was unanimously approved Tuesday, April 23, by the Ashwaubenon village board.

The agreement between the village and Titletown Development LLC, the Green Bay Packers’ real estate development arm, outlines each party’s responsibilities concerning the infrastructure installation, cost, etc.

Village Attorney Tony Wachewicz said Titletown Development will design, construct and install a water main and storm sewer main within Brookwood Drive and repave it, as well as reconfigure the northbound lanes of Marlee Lane from Brookwood Drive to Lombardi Avenue to support the development.

Upon completion, Wachewicz said Titletown Development will then donate those improvements to the village, provided they are acceptable after being inspected.

“This agreement is really similar to the agreement that was executed as part of Phase I and the infrastructure that was improved as part of that,” he said.

Titletown Development formally announced plans last October for the Phase II business and residential real estate development.

The plans call for building the residences at the site along Brookwood Drive and include an apartment building and different styles of townhomes available for ownership.

A five-story office building is also planned along Lombardi Avenue and Marlee Lane as well as constructing another building nearby for future business use.

Construction for the Phase II development, which will take place west of the Phase I development west of Lambeau Field, is slated to begin this spring.
