What is it like to be a leader on the football team at Ashwaubenon High School? “Being a leader on this team comes with a lot of responsibilities. It’s just something I want out of my senior season. It keeps me focused and tethered into the team and their actions.”

What is your most embarrassing moment ever in football? “My most embarrassing moment in football ever was when I tried running through Parker Kreutzberg and came out with a broken collarbone my sophomore year.”

How many years have you been involved in football? “I have been involved in football for six years now and would never trade a moment of it.”

What is your most memorable moment? “My most memorable moment was when I first stepped onto the home turf in a varsity uniform. I caught a jolt of energy and excitement that made me love football even more than I already had.”

What’s the hardest part about performing in a football game? “I would say the hardest part of performing in a football game is overcoming adversity. The team and I had to learn quickly how to overcome issues not only on game day but off. We had a collection of different speakers that came in to talk with us as a team.”

If you could be somebody for a day, who would it be? “I would love to be Luke Bryan for a day, so I could spend it on his Nashville farm just relaxing and taking in nature around his property.”

What is your sports routine before a big game starts? “My sports routine before a game consists of a lot of tedious elements. I wake up at 5:00 a.m. and go through coverages and plays. I then go to school and carry out my normal school day. Once school ends, I listen to a select few songs by myself until I am ready to go for team meetings. During meetings, the team gets together for a prayer. Right before I step out onto the field for the first defensive drive, I pray once more for a healthy and fair game for both teams and also a victory.”

Do you have a nickname or something a teammate calls you during a game? “They call me ‘horse.’”

What is one thing that other teammates or coaches don’t know about you? “I wanted to try out the wide receiver position and to also take a shot at returning kickoffs for the team.”

Winning individual honors or a big team win? “I prefer a big team win for a couple of reasons. In my eyes, I believe that we can go further as a team and also have a lot more fun doing it.”

What are your college aspirations? “It would be a fantastic opportunity to get to the next level, and I have taken steps in that direction earlier this season. Whether it may be a Division II or a Division III school, I would just like to play for the love of the game.”

What would your dream job be once you graduate? “My dream job is to be the best stay-at-home dad anyone will ever see.”

What are your hobbies? “I love to go fishing in the summer and hunting in the fall. I love working on vehicles and welding, especially on my truck. I also love to get together with friends and play any pick-up game of any sport we can think of.”

What is your favorite event ever attended? “I would have to say Country USA. I loved being surrounded by people that love down-home music like I do and have the same interests as me.”

What is your favorite type of music? “Country music.”

What is your favorite thing to do on your phone? “I don’t do much on my phone, but when I do, I love watching videos on YouTube or on social media.”

What three words describe you? “Ambitious, caring, eager.”

What is your favorite trip ever taken? “Last year, I traveled down to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and it was fantastic bonding.”

TV or outdoor activities? “I love to go walk around in the woods and do whatever comes to mind first.”
