WIAA releases site hosts for fall state events

STEVENS POINT – The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association recently identified the state event hosts for boys’ and girls’ cross country, boys’ soccer and boys’ and girls’ volleyball.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, sites in Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee and Wisconsin Rapids are not being used like normal.

Cross country, Saturday, Oct. 31

Division 1 – Arrowhead High School

Division 2 – Colby High School

Division 3 – Maple Grove venues, West Salem

Boys’ soccer, Saturday, Nov. 7

Division 1 – Oconomowoc High School

Division 2 – Marshfield High School

Division 3 – Kewaskum High School

Boys’ volleyball, Saturday, Nov. 7

Burlington High School

Girls’ volleyball, Saturday, Nov. 7

Kaukauna, Little Chute, Wausau West and Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln high schools will be the hosts, with divisions to be determined Sunday, Nov. 1.
