DE PERE – The final stats for the West De Pere football team were released after the team’s last game of the season Nov. 20.
The Phantoms, who had nine games scheduled, were forced to miss three contests early in the season because of COVID-19 and finished 4-2.
Quarterback Josh Blount, who missed the last two games, completed 27-of-47 passes for 587 yards with four touchdowns and three interceptions.
Blount, a Division I baseball commit to Illinois State University, also rushed for 237 yards on 32 carries.
David Vanderlogt led West De Pere with 617 yards on the ground with eight touchdowns, while Najeh Mitchell added 414 yards rushing and also scored eight touchdowns.
Wide receiver Aaron Wagner hauled in 14 catches for 311 yards with two scores.
Jourdon Schuyler (44 tackles), Braydon Skenandore (41), Kaden Kosobucki (38), Gyriece Goodman (25) and Jake Hendricks (22) led the Phantoms defensively.
Hendricks also had five interceptions, one of which was returned for a touchdown.
Diamonta Garcia and Goodman recorded three and two sacks, respectively.
