Spring election takes shape

Following the Jan. 7 filing deadline, the April 1 spring election is taking shape.

For the few races with more than two candidates contesting a seat, a Feb. 18 spring primary will be held.

Here are the spring election candidates, with the incumbents marked with an asterisk.
