GREEN BAY – Green Bay Preble High School held a Service Recognition Day on Wednesday, May 22, in the high school LMC to celebrate those students who have committed to serving the country in a branch of service.
Those recognized included:
Emerson Racine — United States Air Force
Racine enlisted in the United States Air Force and deploys in July to San Antonio. He is the son of Katherine and Tom Racine.
Christian Linares — United States Army
Christian Linares enlisted in the United States Army and deploys in July to Fort Moore, Ga. He is the son of Edith Santos and Aurelio Linares, Jr. and has three siblings Matthew, Alejandro and Emiliano.
Guillermo Pacheco — United States Army
Pacheco enlisted in the United States Army and deploys in July for Fort Liberty, N.C. He is the son of Amanda Gonzalez and has three siblings Juliana, Harper and Paizlee.
Quinn Shryock — United States Marines
Quinn Shryock enlisted in the United States Marines and departs in June for training. He is the son of Kimberlee and Aaron Shyrock and has one sibling Rose.
Jonathan Sanchez — United States Marines
Sanchez enlisted in the United States Marines. He deployed in March for San Diego, Calif. He is the son of Maria Tejeda and Jose Sanchez.
Christian Brott — United States Naval Reserves
Brott enlisted in the United States Naval Reserves and deploys in July for recruit training at the Naval Station Great Lakes, which is located in Illinois. He is the son of Shannon and Jacob Brott and has two siblings Nickolas and Sydney.
