Pirates sail past the Stars in WIAA Regional action

Bay Port defeated the Fox Cities Stars 4 goals to 1 in WIAA Regional action at the  Cornerstone Ice Center on Tuesday, Feb. 18. 

The first period went by without either team finding the back of the net, but as the game went on, the Bay Port Pirates started to heat up.  
 
Near the end of the second period, the scoring drought was ended by #22 Grant Forgette after he got the puck past the Fox Cities Stars goalie to end the period with a 1-0 goal lead. 
 
The Pirates were not done there as Bay Port's #44 Tyler Wempe scored a hat trick in the third period to bring the final score to 4-1.
