GREEN BAY – The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay women's basketball team is scheduled to play three non-conference games this season, hosting Drake University Nov. 28 and visiting North Dakota State University (NDSU) for a back-to-back series in Fargo Dec. 5-6.
Drake went 22-8 last season and 14-4 in the Missouri Valley Conference.
The teams last met in 2016 when the Phoenix won 71-48 at the Kress Events Center.
Green Bay leads the all-time series 5-2.
The Phoenix will play a doubleheader against NDSU, a team they haven’t faced since the 2011-12 season.
Green Bay has never lost to NDSU, holding a 5-0 record all-time.
The teams agreed to play one another in back-to-back days, limiting travel for the Phoenix and allowing them to stay at one location.
Green Bay will return to Drake during the 2022-23 season and will host NDSU each of the next two seasons as part of the agreements.
The non-conference games give Green Bay 23 scheduled games for the 2020-21 season.
