Meet Frank, a golden retriever and service animal living in De Pere. Some of Frank's favorite activities include rolling in the grass, laying on his back to watch the sky, sitting with his human on park benches to watch squirrels, sleeping with his favorite plush toys and offering them as gifts, cuddling in bed and listening to Judy Garland's "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" to fall asleep.
