“Winning up front with the o line, me being able to do my job by making cuts and making men miss and getting to the second level and finishing it,” said Notre Dame running back Kingston Allen.

“Our game plan was really just be more physical than them, we’re going to do everything we can to out physical them up front, and then when it’s my turn to get to the secondary and win, that’s what I got to do,” said Allen.

“It was a physical game, and we stepped up to the physicality that was out there. We never backed down, and we had a big stop there at the end of the second quarter, to keep some momentum going,” said Notre Dame Academy head coach Mike Rader.

Coach Rader also gave his reaction to  their upcoming opponent which will be the Pulaski Red Raiders (9-2 overall).

“We haven’t played Pulaski in a while, we know what they traditionally are, we haven’t seen what they are this year, but when you get to playoffs the difference is always turnovers, securing the football, maintaining control of the ball and playing good defense.

The Notre Dame Tritons will face the Pulaski Red Raiders on Friday, Nov. 6 in the WIAA Division 2 Level 3 football playoffs.
