GREEN BAY – Chef Andrew Mueller and business partner, Steve Schneider, officially revived the Ten O’ One Club on March 30 with a grand opening celebration.
Ten O’ One holds a long history and a special uniqueness in the Green Bay community and has been closed since 2016.
“Ten O’ One is an iconic name that has been around the Green Bay area for many generations, and when I run into people that I know, they are very excited about it, and they say my parents used to go there, my grandparents used to go there,” Mueller said.
“This building is in such great shape; the craftsmanship and the feel when you are inside here is unlike anything in the area.”
Mueller said that the opening of the restaurant comes with much anticipation.
“It’s just seeing people that I know and people that I don’t know. It’s just such an exciting adrenaline rush when you open a new restaurant because you don’t really know what is going to happen, but you have to be prepared for anything,” he explained.
“The energy, it’s electric. So when you are able to be a part of this, our goal is to make it a finely tuned machine, and it is always a work in progress. When you see people creating the dynamic, it is very exciting.”
The restaurant will offer a variety of food options.
“I don’t think that you can narrow it down to one. I think you can do a couple. Our fish frys with perch is going to be huge, and so is prime rib, and all of our lunch items, including salads and great burgers with a proprietary blend of meat, there is a huge variety to choose from,” he said.
Chef Andy explained what inspires him the most while cooking in the kitchen.
Ten O’ One is open Tuesday-Saturday, with weekly specials including:
Wednesday – German Night
Thursday – Tenderloin Tips Over Egg Noodles
Friday – Fish Fry (Perch)
Saturday – Prime Rib
Mueller is also the owner of Green Bay’s Black & Tan and the Daily Buzz.
Ten O’One is located at 1001 Main St, Green Bay.
