Posted

GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Clerk’s office is reminding the community of license deadlines for activities associated with the NFL Draft, held April 24-26 in Green Bay.

Mobile food vendors

To become a mobile food vendor, the deadline for your application to the city is April 3.

Mobile food vendors are those that either operate a food truck or pull a trailer, on which food is prepared.

The Mobile Food Vendor Application and information may be found at www.greenbaywi.gov/232/Mobile-Food-Vendor.

Direct sellers and solicitors

To become a direct seller or solicitor, the deadline for applications is April 10.

Direct sellers are those who sell goods other than in a brick-and-mortar place of business.

Direct sellers permits are assigned to a location, not a person.

If you’d like to become a solicitor, the deadline for your application is April 10.

Solicitors move from place-to-place. This license is issued to a person, not a location.

Applications and Information for both licenses may be found at www.greenbaywi.gov/223/Direct-Seller-Solicitor-Permits.
Existing establishments

For currently-licensed liquor establishments (Class “B” and “Class B”) the deadline to file the Limited Expansion of Licensed Premises is April 3.

Information and the application may be found at www.greenbaywi.gov/1258/Liquor-Sales---Existing-Establishments.
