FRCC boys' basketball honors

SUAMICO – The Fox River Classic Conference (FRCC) boys’ basketball honors were recently released.

Locally, Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, De Pere, Green Bay Preble, Green Bay Southwest, Notre Dame Academy and Pulaski compete in the FRCC.

De Pere senior Jake Kinziger was the Defensive Player of the Year, while Ashwaubenon’s first-year head coach, Mark Tomashek, was named Coach of the Year.

Bay Port won the conference with a 15-3 record.

First team

Logan Geissler, BP; Kyle Krueger, ASH; Johnny Kinziger, DP; Ty Melchert, GBSW.

Second team

George Kress, NDA; Will Dehn, DP; Matt Imig, ASH; Owen Stieber, GBSW; Andrew Thomas, BP.

Honorable mention
