De Pere's Jorgensen to participate in 3-Point Challenge

DE PERE – The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association announced the participants for the 3-Point Challenge as part of the 2022 Boys’ Basketball State Tournament this weekend at the Kohl Center in Madison.

De Pere senior Jack Jorgensen has the highest percentage among the 10 participants at 51.5% (53-of-103).

The 3-Point Challenge is at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, March 19, at the Kohl Center.

Fans can attend the event with tickets from the morning/afternoon session.

Players whose teams advanced to state are not eligible.

Contestants selected to participate in the challenge were chosen based on three-point shooting numbers in the WisSports.net stats database.

Coaches were required to enter the player information on WisSports.net for the players to be eligible.
