After four scoreless innings by the De Pere Redbirds and the Hortonville Polar Bears, Hortonville was able to score three runs in the top of the fifth inning assisted by several De Pere errors on the same play.
The Redbirds attempted to rally back in the bottom of the sixth off a Ryan Wettstein RBI to bring home Brandon Krueger.
De Pere was able to keep Hortonville scoreless in the top of the seventh, but didn't capitalize with runners on base to end the game.
The final score saw Hortonville on top 3-1.
