Café Crawl Brews Excitement in Downtown Green Bay

Posted

Embark on a delicious journey through the heart of Green Bay with the annual Café Crawl on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 8:30 a.m.-noon.

All are invited to sample freshly brewed coffee, teas and treats from local businesses.

At the Café Crawl, participants can hop on trolleys provided by Lamers Bus Lines, which will transport them through downtown Green Bay, making stops at various cafés and small businesses.

This event introduces new patrons to our locally owned downtown businesses and is the perfect way to spend a Saturday morning with friends and family.

Tickets for Café Crawl are now $12 each, or $15 cash day-of, providing attendees with a passport for samples at each of the participating businesses.

Event attendees will be able to enter for a chance to win a gift card from one of the participating businesses.

This event boasts a stellar lineup of businesses and samples including:
• The Attic: 2 of 3 hot teas plus discount coupons available
• The Kompound Café: Peanut Butter Latte and Date Caramel Macchiato
• The Daily Buzz: Honey Bee Refresher, Black and Tan Medium Roast and a chocolate chip bar (regular or gluten free) plus discount coupons

• Grounded Cafe: Chaider (chai and apple cider) and a gluten free peanut butter cookie
• Glas Coffeehouse: Draft Day brew and energy bites
• Lion’s Mouth Bookstore: Drip Luna coffee and tea from Sweet Willow
• Captain’s Walk Winery: Coffee Bean Buzz (coffee with kahlua and tequila, topped with whipped cream)
• LoCo WisCo: Door County Coffee (Old Fashioned or Sunrise Roast) and Sartori Cheese Espresso BellaVitano
• Hotel Northland: Coffee and cinnamon roll bites

Trolleys will continuously circle through the districts, and participants are welcome to use their own modes of transportation. Free parking will be available throughout downtown.

“The Café Crawl is all about bringing people through the doors of our downtown coffee shops and cafés,” says Jeff Mirkes, executive director of Downtown Green Bay, Inc. “It’s a fun way for visitors to discover new favorites while giving a great boost to our local businesses. We love seeing the energy this event brings to both districts.”

This event is made possible with support from Cellcom and Lamers Bus Lines.
