ASHWAUBENON – A 1,061-square-foot addition for Brunette Tax & Accounting at 808 Bayland Court was approved Tuesday, Oct. 2, by the village’s Site Plan Review Committee.
Ashwaubenon Community Development Director Aaron Schuette said the planned addition will extend out the rear of the existing building and match the side walls, roof colors and materials.
Schuette also noted the metal panels will have concealed fasteners, and the addition will include four-foot split face concrete masonry with a stone wainscot sill.
The site plan calls for adding five parking stalls to the south side of the existing parking lot.
Keith Brunette, who submitted the site plan review application, indicated the addition on the north end of the building will be used for office space.
As a condition of approval, Schuette said a landscape plan must be submitted to the village to include a minimum of three trees planted on the property.
“Based upon our ordinance, we do require one tree for every 7,000 square feet of property,” he said.
