Bay Port track and field teams sweep FRCC meet

MANITOWOC – The Bay Port boys’ and girls’ track and field teams had a good day May 14 at the Fox River Classic Conference (FRCC) meet at Manitowoc Lincoln High School.

The Bay Port boys' 178 points beat runner-up De Pere (119) by 59 points, while the Bay Port girls’ 167 points bettered Green Bay Preble (105) by 62 points.

For the boys, Preble (86 – third), Notre Dame Academy (82 – fourth), Ashwaubenon (66 – sixth), Pulaski (28.5 – eighth) and Green Bay Southwest (17.5 – ninth) rounded out the local teams.

For the girls, Notre Dame (85 – fourth), De Pere (55 – fifth), Pulaski (52.5 – sixth), Ashwaubenon (50 – seventh) and Southwest (28 – 10th) rounded out the local teams.
