Bay Conference cross country awards announced

BROWN COUNTY – The Bay Conference recently released its all-conference awards for boys’ and girls’ cross country.

Locally, Seymour and West De Pere are members of the Bay.

Seymour won the overall boys’ title, while Shawano won for the girls.

Boys

First-team: Noah Janke, WDP, sophomore; Jason Skinkis, SEY, senior; Jacob Woldt, SEY, junior; Riley Clement, SEY, senior; Josh Hampton, WDP, senior.

Second-team: Gunnar Weyer, SEY, junior; Blake Linsmeyer, SEY, senior; Landon Nuthals, WDP, sophomore; Matthew Schmoll, WDP, sophomore.

Honorable mention: Reid Clement, SEY, sophomore; Zach Suda, WDP, junior.

Girls

Second-team: Micayla Silas, SEY, sophomore; Sydney Leisgang, SEY, sophomore; Rebekah Buboltz, WDP, senior.

Honorable mention: Addison Cornwell, WDP, freshman; Ella Blom, WDP, freshman.
