BROWN COUNTY – The fourth week of the high school football season saw all area Green Bay teams in action.
Ashwaubenon remains unbeaten: The Jaguars (4-0 overall, 4-0 Fox River Classic Conference) squeaked past Sheboygan South (1-3, 1-3 FRCC), 17-14.
Micky Kiernan’s 33-yard field goal in the fourth quarter provided the final margin of victory.
Quarterback Cadian Vang was 16-27 for 178 yards, while Connor Ramage rushed 29 times for 107 yards with a touchdown.
Levi Haen also returned a fumble 53 yards for a score in the first quarter.
Bay Port rolls: The Pirates (4-0, 4-0 FRCC) beat Green Bay Southwest (1-3, 1-3 FRCC) 42-0 to win their 31st consecutive conference game.
Bay Port led 28-0 at halftime.
Isaiah Gash rushed 20 times for 109 yards with three touchdowns.
Jayden Montgomery, Andrew Thomas and Sam Plumb each added scores.
Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran/Oneida wins again: The United (2-2, 2-1 MONLPC-8) beat Lena/St. Thomas Aquinas (0-4, 0-4 MONLPC-8) for their second win of the season, 16-0.
The game was scoreless entering the fourth quarter before the United got touchdowns from Marshall Bukowksi and Zach Luepke.
Green Bay West losing streak continues: The Wildcats (0-4, 0-3 Bay) lost 41-0 to Denmark (2-2, 2-1 Northeastern).
West has lost 32 straight games dating back to the 2015 season.
West De Pere trounces Green Bay East: The Phantoms (4-0, 4-0 Bay) beat the Red Devils (0-4, 0-4 Bay), 77-6.
West De Pere led 70-0 at intermission.
The Phantoms rushed 32 times for 394 yards.
