West De Pere’s Garrett Kempen and Notre Dame’s Mitch Chosa became teammates, better friends and key cogs in the North squad’s defense leading up to the annual Wisconsin Football Coaches Association Large School All-Star Game.

Shannon Walsh was a senior midfielder for the West De Pere girls’ soccer team.The Phantoms finished 13-6-3 overall and 7-1-1 in the Bay Conference.Walsh said she can head the ball about eight times without letting it hit the ground.

Hannah Bearson is a recent graduate of West De Pere High School where she was a member of the softball team that advanced to the sectional finals this past season.

To West De Pere baseball fans, Connor Langreder has always been known as a solid pitcher.

Savannah Juntunen was a recent graduate of West De Pere High School. If she had one wish, it would be to end poverty throughout the world. Juntunen says Nick Jonas is a celebrity crush.

Connor Langreder is a lead pitcher and strong hitter on a Phantoms team that currently sits at 27-2 and won the Bay Conference with a 17-1 record.On May 4, he delivered a no-hitter against arch-rival De Pere.

WINNECONNE—Cameron Dupont hit two home runs and Connor Langreder pitched five complete innings as the West De Pere Phantoms baseball team defeated the Seymour Thunder 13-3 in six innings, June 4, at Winneconne High School to qualify for the State Tournament held June 12-13 at Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton.
