Ihlenfeldt thriving at St. Norbert

HOBART—One night after No. 4 ranked St. Norbert knocked off top seeded Stevens Point, the Pointers exacted a bit of revenge in defeating the Green Knights 3-1 in a non-conference hockey game played Nov. 2 at Cornerstone Community Ice Center.

After losing in the NCAA Division III Tournament national quarterfinals a year ago, the St. Norbert College hockey team is looking to return to glory this season.

In the first three games of the season, the St. Norbert College football team’s defense was suspect.

DE PERE – Coming out of Plymouth High School, Sam Staehling was a star running back.Once he arrived on the St. Norbert College campus, he was told he would play receiver.

Retirement has been anything but slow for Ken Golomski.

DE PERE—One week after not catching a ball, Sam Staehling made history by snagging his 38th touchdown reception (a 14-yard catch in the second quarter to break Mike Whitehouse’s record set way back in 1989) to lead St. Norbert College to a 66-0 defeat of the Beloit Buccaneers in a game played October 19 at Donald J. Schneider Stadium.

Football has always been in Rob Davis’ blood.

Growing up in the Republic of Ghana, Africa, soccer occupied most of Bright Boachie’s time.

The St. Norbert College Department of Intercollegiate Athletics 2020 Hall of Fame Class was inducted Oct. 5 on campus.
