An area east of the construction site for a five-story building with a climbing gym along Mike McCarthy Way is being looked for more development by Merge

A condominium being built as part of the Aldon Station mixed-use residential development was backed last month by the village’s Site Plan Review Committee.

As part of the 2022 village budget being put together for approval in November, Village Manager Joel Gregozeski said a 3% raise is proposed for employees.

A site plan to redevelop the southwest corner of South Oneida Street and Cormier Road with two new buildings was approved Sept. 7.

To make the village’s Tax Incremental District (TID) No. 5 more financially stable, the Ashwaubenon Plan Commission recommended the district be amended.

A $1 surcharge applied to each ticket sold for events at Capital Credit Union Park generated $31,128 this year, Village Manager Joel Gregozeski said.

One week after the district began classes with recommended masks, the Ashwaubenon School Board changed its policy for the lower grades.
