Who has been the biggest influence on your baseball career?
Matthew Englander, my head coach at Case. He instilled hard work and toughness into the way I approach everything.
What is something unique that you have learned through playing baseball?
The power of positive thoughts. Baseball is a sport of failure so you have to stay positive and maintain confidence even on days that you struggle.
What professional baseball player have you always looked up to? Why?
Bryce Harper. He plays the game hard with a lot of enjoyment and flair.
What kind of music do you like to listen to before a game?
Country.
Favorite form of recovery?
Sauna and stretching.
Who is your biggest supporter?
My parents. They watch all my games and are always positive even if I have a bad day.
What’s your favorite board game/video game?
Catan.

Mint chocolate chip.
Would you rather play a game under the lights or during the day?
Under the lights.
Have you ever played any other sports before (if so, when did you decide to focus on just baseball)?
Basketball and soccer. It was really not until college that I fully focused on baseball because I played basketball all throughout high school as well as soccer my first two years.
