GREEN BAY – As a smart marketing agency for manufacturers, for more than 30 years Imaginasium has been helping clients attract and retain talent, nurture company culture, grow sales and create authentic brand experiences.

“We’re focused directly on the manufacturing sector. We only work with manufacturers. A few years back, we put a stake in the ground to focus our marketing services in the manufacturing sector, because we just feel it’s an underserved market with a strong need in marketing, sales and HR for recruitment,” said Jen Fietz, owner and CEO.

“Fietz became the firm’s sole owner on Jan. 1, 2024, and is currently leading strategic growth initiatives for the organization and assisting in the development of annual strategies for clients. While (founder Denis) Kreft will still be a friend of the agency serving in a business ownership consultant capacity…,” the company said.

Fietz said that the company looks for manufacturers that they feel will be a good fit for their services.

“So we might be out, reaching out to them. They also could be looking for us. So they might find us online, but it’s typically firms that are looking for revenue generation ideas and exercises. We build lead generation plans for manufacturers who are focused in B to B or B to C space,” she said. “We can either get a call from a marketing and sales team that is looking for lead generation ideas and honestly, to activate a business who might want to do some type of business with one of our manufacturers, we have to come up with a multifaceted plan… We are overlapping digital activities and targeting key audiences where we believe they might be, to direct them back to our business, and our offer that we’re working with, and we then overlay things like phone calls, postcards with QR codes, things that are multifaceted across the board.”

Manufacturers are facing labor shortages; all across the board companies are having a hard time finding the right people and hard workers.

“Our younger generations come up and want to be a part of an organization; they want to know they’re coming into a modern, innovative technological company. They also care a lot about community engagement. We’re helping our manufacturers define them because a lot of them are giving back to their community. They’re just not good at talking about it. Defining, and in a soft way, creating some good visibility of that community involvement on their website.” Fietz said.
