GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Packers are looking for a “Junior Packer Reporter.”

The winner will receive the opportunity to interview a Packer player and win tickets to a 2023 Packer home game.

This is an opportunity for young Green Bay Packer fans ages 5-14 to tap into their fan spirit.

Green Bay Packers Fan Engagement Coordinator, Hannah Puissant, explained how this contest came to be.

“This is the first time that we ran a contest like this specifically for our Junior Power Pack members, and the idea came from our fans. We know that some of our most passionate fans are our younger fans, and we thought that this was a great opportunity for them to get to ask some questions to a Packers player. In addition, we all know that kids can be a little more observant, and sometimes they ask the most bizarre-incredible questions. We are just really looking forward to how they approach this contest,” Puissant said.

This contest is only open to Junior Power Pack Kids Club members.

Parents are able to sign their children up to become at packers.com/jpp.

Puissant explains some of the benefits and perks of children who are members of the Junior Power Pack, the Green Bay Packers’ official kids club.

“It is for children that are fourteen years or younger and love the Packers. You have to pay $25 a year per member to be a part of this club. There are a lot of included benefits to this, but I think that this contest just gives it an extra push to why you would want to be a part of this that would make you want to be part of the Junior Power Pack Club,” Puissant added.

Benefits include an official membership kit, 10% in-store discount on regular-priced items at the Packers Pro Shop, member-only invitation to practice with the Packers and free admission to the Packers Hall of Fame.

Once your child is a member, they can enter the contest by uploading a 30-second to a one-minute video explaining why they want to become the next Junior Packer Reporter.

Submissions can be placed by visiting this website pckrs.com/2023jppreporter.

“This contest is based on creativity, how much you love the Packers, and on-camera presence. I would just say be yourself and do what you want to dream of. Just be yourself on camera and have fun with it, don’t read off a script. We just want to see your true personality,” Puissant explained.

The Junior Packer Reporter contest will be open until May 10.
