When and how did you start making art?
Decades ago I needed something to escape the stress of work. I have been drawing and painting since childhood, so it was obvious where I would go for that.
What inspires your work?
The world — nature in particular. How weather affects everything from water to houses.
How would you describe Green Bay/NE Wisconsin’s arts community?
I’m so new here it is hard to describe it. But it seems to be very closed and tight.
What is the best advice you have for other artists?
Follow your dream.
