Juan Hernandez

Owner/888 Cheese & Co., Suamico

If you haven’t tried 888 Cheese & Co. in Suamico right off the Lineville Rd. exit on Hwy. 41, you owe it to yourself to give these purveyors of the ultimate comfort food — grilled cheese sandwiches — a shot.

Juan Hernandez and his wife Brandy opened the restaurant almost a year ago and he said that getting such a unique eatery going has been a fun challenge. Lineville Rd. isn’t exactly a big-ticket entertainment location (yet) but Hernandez said 888 Cheese & Co. has developed a nice group of regular customers already and that the restaurant benefits from being next door to Ahnapee Brewery, where customers enjoying locally-brewed beer can order up a grilled cheese from 888 and have it walked over to them. $3 Coronas on Tuesdays also helps.
