Chong Xiong lists barista as his official job title at Q-Tea Premium Tea House on Military Avenue but adds that he, along with everyone else on staff at Q-Tea, is well versed at most all of the duties that come up during the day-to-day operations at the unique beverage spot.
Q-Tea hopes to bring the world of premium teas to Green Bay with its wide selection of teas including green, bubble and oolong.
Xiong said the rising popularity of tea can sometimes mean the baristas at Q-Tea are outnumbered 30-to-1. He added, though, that the occasional crush of customers only makes his job more fun and it makes the hours go by faster.
