Packers to face New York Giants in London Oct. 9

GREEN BAY – The NFL recently announced the Green Bay Packers will play the New York Giants in London at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium Oct. 9, 2022, the Packers’ first international regular-season game.

Kickoff will be at 8:30 a.m. Central Time.

Because the game is a neutral-site international contest, the Packers will have a limited number of tickets available for Packers season ticket holders to purchase through a drawing.

The prices and seat locations of the tickets have not yet been determined.

The full 2022 Packers schedule will be announced in conjunction with the NFL schedule release May 12.

Further details about the game, including fan engagement activities, will be announced at a later date.

Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is the largest football club stadium in London, with a capacity of 62,850.

A multi-purpose venue capable of hosting a wide range of events throughout the year, it’s the first purpose-built NFL stadium outside of the US.

The stadium has more than 1,800 digital screens throughout the venue, 60 food and drink vendors and its own microbrewery.

The game will see the Packers become the 32nd NFL team to play in the city since 2007.

Previously, the Packers have played internationally during the preseason on three occasions: in Toronto in 1997, Tokyo in 1998 and Winnipeg in 2019.

Last year, as part of the league’s expansion of the regular season to 17 games, it was determined that beginning with the 2022 season, up to four of the teams from the conference whose teams were eligible for a ninth regular-season home game would instead be designated to play a neutral-site international game each year.

More information about how the enhanced NFL schedule and the international games impact season ticket holders is available at packers.com/tickets.
