Hannah Wilinski is a recent graduate of Pulaski High School and participated in dance.

She said going to state her junior year and placing fifth in pom is her most memorable moment.

Her favorite number is seven.

As a youngster, Wilinski used to chase her brother around the yard with spiders.

She plans to attend the Air Force Academy and said she loves Batman for his sleek outfit and professional figure style.

Wilinski’s favorite day of the week is Saturday.

She said you might see her listening to her favorite music genre (country) with the windows rolled down and screaming at the top of her lungs.

When did your interest in dance begin?

I started with gymnastics from fourth to eighth grade. After I quit gymnastics, I started coaching. When I stopped, I realized I wanted to have something to do in my free time and tried out for the dance team.”

What was the last gift you gave someone?

A DIY (do it yourself) necklace holder to my team sister with her name spelled out in flowers on the plaque.”

What’s your most embarrassing dance moment?

“One time at practice during the summer of my sophomore year, I did an aerial on the cafeteria floor during our football routine, and my foot slipped from under me. I face planted on the ground.”

Which teammate could perform on Dancing With the Stars?

“Ennah Tessmer. Her turns are always on-point, and she has natural confidence while dancing.”

If you woke up and had 1,000 unread texts and could answer only 200 of them, how would you choose which ones to answer?

“I would answer my mom first and then leave the rest to sit and go back to sleep.”

If you could be somebody for a day, who would it be? 

“Adam Sandler because he’s hilarious. I’ve always wanted to be as funny as him.”

Who inspires you?

“Though my parents inspire me, one of my best friends, Bella Spagnoletti, has made a lasting impact on my life. She’s taught me many things about myself. She’s the most caring and loving person I’ve ever met. I can always trust her with my secrets or go to her if I ever need help.”

How would you confront bullying if you witnessed it?

“I would contact a teacher or an adult to help take care of the problem.”

What’s your dream job?

“Working at the new space hotel they are building.”

What are your hobbies? 

“Shopping in the Target dollar section, hanging out with friends and visiting Kwik Trip at least five times a week with my friends.”

What’s your favorite event ever attended? 

“My friend Sammie’s birthday party.”

What one word describes you? 

“Spontaneous.”

Australia or Japan? 

“Australia. Their accents are fun to listen to – it reminds me of Steve Irwin.”

Do you have any siblings?

“I have a brother who attends the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.”

Talk about what you did for your community service hours at Pulaski.

“I went to the local food pantry and helped stock shelves.”

Favorite wake-up food/drink?

“Mountain Dew and Kwik Trip cheeseburgers.”

What was your favorite outfit to perform in?

“My junior and senior year kick costume – the colors were amazing.”

Talk about your dance coaches.

“Coach Hanna and Coach Jen taught me lots about dance. I’m glad they gave me the opportunity to be on the dance team with the little experience I previously had. They taught me to be grateful, work hard and appreciate everything you get.”
