Ashwaubenon hires Vaughn as soccer coach

ASHWAUBENON – Ashwaubenon High School has hired Ken Vaughn as the new boys’ soccer coach.

“I’m excited for Coach Vaughn to take the program over,” Activities Director/Associate Principal Nick Senger said. “He comes with tons of energy and ability to connect with our student-athletes. He will get our student-athletes ready to compete and instill the attitudes and beliefs we want in our young men.”

Vaughn said he’s also excited to be the new head coach.

“I’m honored and thrilled to get the chance to lead this program in this challenging conference,” he said. “I look forward to the opportunities to mentor and coach these players, not only to improve their soccer but also to continue to become upstanding citizens in the community. I will work tirelessly to improve our boys’ skills and repay the faith and trust the administration has put in me to lead the program. These are exciting times for everyone involved, and we have a chance to begin building our legacy.”
