WAUPACA – The Seymour girls’ golf team finished fifth among nine teams Oct. 1 at the WIAA Division 2 Waupaca Regional at the Foxfire Golf Course.
Only the top four teams advanced to sectionals.
The Thunder tallied 464 points as a team at the par-70 course in Waupaca.
Courtney Bunnell Seymour placed seventh with a 100.
Brooklyn Nieland (110, 13th), Heather Krause (126, 30th), Mackenzie Meulemans (128, t-31st) and Raya Tesch (128, t-31st) also competed.
