Team Teddy of Wisconsin to host event

PULASKI – Team Teddy of Wisconsin is a student-run, non-profit organization composed of more than 150 middle and high school students dedicated to providing plush animal building experiences to children suffering from a variety of serious ailments throughout the Wisconsin hospital system and beyond.

To help build upon this mission, Team Teddy of Wisconsin is hosting a fundraiser at a Pulaski High School girls’ basketball game Friday, Jan. 10.

The event, named “I Believe: #Jarockstrong,” will take place from 6-9 p.m. and is open to the community.

It’s aimed to benefit a Pulaski High School teacher, Mr. Jarock, who was recently diagnosed with cancer.

Team Teddy will hold a root beer float sale, and it’s also youth night for all Pulaski girls’ basketball players.

The Leo Club will be holding “chuck-a-duck-for-a-buck” and “miracle minute dash-for-cash” activities during halftime of the game.

Tickets will be available for sale for several raffle baskets donated by the community.

The entirety of the proceeds will be donated to the Jarock family.
